Constant lower Back/Left Bum cheek pain

Hi All,I have adenomyosis and I have been having constant and chronic lower back pain and pain on my left bum cheek for 9 months.

Does anyone else with adenomyosis have this problem?

I've had a laparoscopy and endo wasn't found but I wouldn't be surprised if I have it too.

It's tormenting me and hugely affecting my mental health.

I've had tailbone mri, xray, steroid injections, colonoscopy in case it was something else. Nothing else showed up. I also have constant pelvic pain but I've learn to tolerate that. But I can't deal with the lower back/bum pain.

Is there anything that has helped any of you to remove this pain?

I'm on the public ivf. I have a feeling I will be waiting a while. But I need to try and get rid of this pain in some way. Would the mini pill help until I get called for IVF?

I suffer with lower back, hip and leg pain. It can sometimes be in the butt cheek and radiates down my front thigh. I have stage 4 plus adhesions and adenomoysis. I also have had lumbar X-ray and north showed so I can only assume it’s either endo or scar tissue pressing on nerves. I do find stretching works, I just googled a few lower back excerises and also for sciatica. Have you considered seeing a physio?
