Fish oil and cholesterol
I have been on what's labelled a "high quality fish oil for optimal heart health" (cod oil) for the past six months and taking the maximum recommended dose of two capsules daily. However, it seems to have done nothing for my triglyceride and cholesterol levels; my triglycerides came back out of range

Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT)
Hello. I'm new here and I'm scared to write a new post but I need to reach out. I saw an older forum on ECT and memory loss however there were no replies so I was hoping to start a new forum to see if anyone experienced the same or heard of this situation because I feel so alone. I had ECT about 5 years

First comes miscarriage, then comes marriage
Hello everyone, I got engaged jan 17. We were super exited about getting married and starting a family. I bought the magazines, had a Pinterest board and a series link for don’t tell the bride. Then in April 18 we lost our angel at 10 weeks. Ever since, the excitement to get married has gone. Straight

I understand how you use them just not sure when I should start and when to stop? I've just been given the

Desperate for support. Feel very alone in this battle
Hi everyone. I’m new here. I’m a 39 yr old female who has been struggling with major depressive disorder for about 15 years. I’ve been on every SSRI, SNRI, antipsychotic, and benzo out there. I even had ketamine infusions and ECT treatment in the last years. Some have given me minor improvement. Sometimes

Colonoscopy side effects
Hello, since I had digestive issuess, such as bloating, belly pain and sometimes diarrhea, my doctor suggested I should do a colonoscopy. The preparation was the worst part. I think that laxative totally irritated my bowels and there were loads of orange mucus coming out of my bowels. The doctor said
