Coming back strong…🏃♀️💪🏃♀️
He was so pleased with me that he didn’t even need to do any sports
massage
(the best reward I could have imagined!). Instead, most of the time was spent in the gym and chatting about what’s next. Some slightly adapted physio exercises for progression. Lots of core stability work.

Made it to the finish line!!! I'm officially off the Pramaprexole, thanks to Jools and Sue!
I had no symptoms while driving, I could actually take a nap without symptoms, and have a
massage
...all without my feet bothering me! My plan is to get to either no gaba, or 100 mg. I want to thank Jools and Sue for their tireless research and the help that they offer on this blog.

Is it Fibromyalgia?
I am now paying for weekly soft tissue
massage
which does give some relief for a while but wondered if there is a more accurate way of diagnosing Fibromyalgia and if anyone can advise a way forward.

Random ADHD Things
I spent 10 years as a
massage
therapist who always finished their sessions 10 minutes too early before I figured out I had ADHD. I try to be the quickest at everything. I walk quickly, talk quickly, type quickly. It's definitely a sign of impulsivity.

Early 50s male, healthy till hypothyroidism my first few months experience of treatment
Eventually this faded away (rolling my the painful areas of my buttock/hips over a tennis ball and then a small yoga roller tub thing MAYBE helped to "
massage
" this away. I will never know. When I spoke to Doc at 2 months they had no idea as it wasn't listed on the sideffects info.

Resting a bit too much in my taper...
I spoke to the lady I had a sports
massage
with but she is away. She advised gentle exercise and heat. It's so frustrating!

Hello< I have just been diagnosed with a AN measuring 14mm, I am seeing the consultant on 8th Feb but it seems I am on the watch and wait!
I developed Tinnitus mildly I'd say about six months ago but I have always had neck issues, been having
massage
to relieve aches but now joining up the dots, this seems to be linked to the AN.

The running Gods are against me!
I’ll continue with the stretches,
massage
roller and walking until the pain has completely gone but it looks like my second event (trail 10k) might not happen for me next weekend (first one cancelled due to snow)! 😢

Chronic pain post navicular fracture surgery
I am a big advocate of more holistic therapies so have acupuncture and
massage
in addition to the medication, these provide some relief but normally capped to 24-48 hours. Any help / advice / similar experiences much appreciated, thanks!

Wonderful service!
There are also facilities for support such as
massage
, exercise, meditation... it went on and on. I told them I just want my treatment and checks organised, the rest I can sort myself. But they checked my OBS and wanted to know how I felt etc etc. I thought this was quite amazing really.

Which spa therapy is best?
My first instinct is a
massage
(which I’ve never had before). Does anyone else have experience of treatments which have helped - or not? Thank you for your always insightful and helpful comments.

My energy has also been very low, and this is a struggle for me as I have always been very physical, I was a clinical
massage
therapist for 25 years and a Potter, neither of which I can do now. My blood work is negative for RA and a few other autoimmune diseases.

Comeback run in the sun!
My quads were sore from yesterday’s
massage
but that was ok. We chatted about how nice it was to be running, and the weather, and dinner plans, and knees and ankles, and all sorts of nothing and suddenly I checked my watch and ten minutes had passed. Brilliant! Two minutes of walking.

PMR without steroids?
We're thinking of things like CBD, serrapeptase, ibuprofen, hot showers,
massage
therapy, etc. We're pretty sure his Dad had undiagnosed PMR for about three years while he was in his mid fifties and is now in his 80's and thriving. Sorry if these seem like stupid questions...

Hello...struggling today
I work as a
massage
therapist and was doing fine before the pandemic having one flare up in 2014 where I believed I had a contagious skin disease and was contaminating everyone.

An unexpected trip to the IC
There was a sports
massage
which I really did not enjoy. I much prefer the spa type ones with music and nice smelling things!! This was like being beaten up! It was amazing how much better I felt afterwards though. We then went through some exercises using bands and a football.
