Hi, this is my first cycle of IVF/ICSI due to male factor infertility. I went for my day 5 scan and my follicles are still very small. I started nasal spray for down regulation day 21 of cycle and stims with gonal f on 12th July (225IU) Has anyone any experience in this?

Thanks!

Still early in your treatment cycle - by next scan you should see the follicles getting bigger If not the clinic may increase the stimulating meds [ Gonal f] If unsure of what is happening be sure to ask questions

I have been kept on the same dose and booked in for an extra scan in the morning.

Thank you! It is all very new to me, really hoping I get a good response 🤞🏻
