Esketamine for TRMDD

I’m wondering if anyone here has tried the ‘SPRAVATO’ nasal spray (FDA-approved for treatment resistant major depressive disorder). I’m feeling that Sertraline is taking too much of a toll on my life - it blunts everything, so I never really feel anything at all. What did you think? I’m thinking that if I start this and decrease my Sertraline down to 200mg from 250mg it might be a good first step.

In addition to multiple meds, I also receive Spravato. I think it can be life saving. It helps stop suicidal thoughts. I am still struggling with major depression and anhedonia. However, without the Spravato, I would not be able to maintain a job or support my marriage. If you are experiencing a crippling episode of major depression, it is a good option.
