How to deal with anxiety
thank you for reaching out, you are NOT alone! i am here and willing and happy to listen *&* respond to anything you would like to talk about with someone, & offer support, encouragement, help if/whenever i can. you reported the medications that you've been prescribed & asked about what else / more you can do. have you been on the meds long enough for them to start working for you? some of them can take weeks to feel any noticeable effects unfortunately. if it's been a while, perhaps they are not the right meds or the right dosages for your needs and i would encourage you to keep working with your prescribing doctor to make adjustments because there are many pharmaceutical options out there. in addition to medications, your physical and emotional self-care are important for really effectively dealing with your conditions. if you're able, participate in regular "talk" therapy with a licensed professional, and if that is not feasible for you, please try to find a supportive person or group (maybe here?) that can help by giving you a safe place to work through things. physically, taking care of your body the best you can, regular breathing, staying hydrated, and exercising or just regularly moving your body, can all contribute to improving your overall wellness. i wish you the very best and hope that you're able to find relief and solution(s) that work well for you. keep on keeping on
Can you suggest me some online consultation for therapy and my doctor is saying it's not necessary I don't know what to do I think I myself need therapy
i personally dont have any experience with online therapy providers, but i'm trying to include here links to two articles i read recently that give good info & comparisons about them that you might hopefully find helpful. i'm surprised your doctor is not more supportive about therapy, it may not be "necessary" but i feel like if you can find the right fit it can ALWAYS be helpful. and if you expressed interest in therapy yourself they should've been more responsive regardless.

I really found your reply helpful thank you so much I'll check these articles rn (btw my doctor is just giving me meds even when I, we asked about therapy...and as he's with high qualifications my family chose him...I was seeing a psychiatrist at first who gave me the medication and diagnosed my problems but as I said high qualifications my family chose another one (the recent doctor) who's a medicine specialist I think here's the main problem)
dont get me wrong, i dont think there's anything wrong with medications at all, i take several myself. i just strongly feel that trying to treat these types of conditions using ONLY medications is NOT in the best interest of anyone's well-being. but i am NOT a professional or anything, i only speak from my own experiences and observations.
