Hi guys alongside hashimotos I also have Sjogrens & Lupus erythematosis. I take the following vitamins Omega 3, K2, Vit D, Boron, Vit A, Magnesium with B12, B complex & Folate. Does anyone take the same vitamins & have a schedule I could follow? I'm not sure if some of them can be taken together. Also am I correct in thinking that B vitamins can cause sleep disturbance??? Thanks in advance.

Vitamin schedules??

It's generally said vitamins in the morning, minerals in the evening, but it's not necessary to stick to that.
B vitamins can be stimulating so it's suggested that these are best taken no later than lunchtime.
Magnesium is said to be calming so it's suggested that this is taken later in the day or evening.
Vit D and Vit K are both fat soluble so if these are separate supplements then they shouldn't be taken together as they will compete for the fat to be absorbed, make sure they are taken with some dietary fat.
Vit A, again, is fat soluble, so should be taken at a different time to both Vit D and Vit K.
Taking B12, B Complex and Folate is an overkill. Looking at your post where you mentioned your latest vitamin results, you don't need a separate B12 or separate Folate. A good quality, bioavailable B Complex such as Thorne Basic B will be enough now with your levels.
It's worth looking through all the slides in this article:
