Dear people,
Good morning, I hope you are all doing fine or as fine as possible.
I have stopped drinking about something over 2 years ago. Once every while there is a complaint here and there, but no big drama concerning acute real life / death issues (knock on wood) as it seems.
I do have one issue that was already a problem during the last period of my drinking problem, and that was passing stool. Where in earlier years of my drinking addiction there was a lot of diahrrea after drinking, later on it became constipation. I really don't enjoy having diahrrea, but constipation for me, is much, much worse. I have some tricks (magnesium pills, massaging the area around the location) both are at least doing something for me, but still. Sometimes it takes so much energy and almost a dayjob (6 hours or a full day to pas a stool). Do people recognize this and if so, is there a chance this will still get easier? I exercise, eat fiber rich food etc. I'm 44 years old.
I really hope somebody can help me with this question...
Besides that i hope you guys have a great day...
Grtz Jimmy!
