Hi, would tyrosine from a well known health shop, help support my thyroid?
I'm taking 75mg levo, vit d/k2 spray and magnesium.

No. If your thyroid is failing - or failed - adding in extra amounts of one ingredient of thyroid hormone, isn't going to do anything. If your thyroid has got to the point that you need 75 mcg of thyroid hormone replacement, it's beyond any support. These so-called thyroid supports don't do anything, anyway. Sorry.
How long have you been on 75mcg

Shows very low Ft3 when on 100mcg levothyroxine before dose was reduced to 75mcg
Likely Ft3 even lower now
Yes, I'm starting to feel a bit rubbish.
You were under medicated/terrible conversion BEFORE dose reduction
Likely to see even lower Ft3 now
Recommend getting FULL thyroid and vitamin testing done
Likely to need prescription for small doses of T3 prescribed alongside levothyroxine
Email Thyroid UK for list of recommend thyroid specialist endocrinologists who will prescribe T3

The aim of levothyroxine is to increase dose upwards in 25mcg steps until TSH is ALWAYS under 2
When adequately treated, TSH will often be well below one. Most important results are ALWAYS Ft3 followed by Ft4.
When adequately treated Ft4 is usually in top third of range and Ft3 at least 60% through range (regardless of how low TSH is)
Extremely important to have optimal vitamin levels too as this helps reduce symptoms and improve how levothyroxine works
