My Story
She is checking my thyroid (I am hypo; on levothyroxine) and also
magnesium
and phosphorus levels. She also ordered a 24-hour urine test to check my creatinine and calcium, I believe. She also prescribed gabapentin and a muscle relaxant.

magnesium

Is it RLS or something else?
Not foam rolling, not stretching, not
magnesium
, not chamomile tea before bed. I had a cortisone injection in the right hip in March 2022 (was not on Lexarpro at the time) , and it settled a few weeks after that. A placebo effect, maybe?

Co Enzyme Q10
I’ve tried
magnesium
and with the beta blockers it seems to slow my heart way too much. Pvcs are frequent but not as bad as they were. They’re there all the time so looking for a natural help. Cod liver oil is good for the ticker isn’t it?

Sleep and Thyroid medications
I thought about taking a dose at bedtime (11pm) but I take
Magnesium
at 9pm and take Advil just before bed and I know this isn’t a long enough distance from thyroid meds but now Im wondering if my morning dose makes me sleep because I actually have no other drugs in my system versus the afternoon dose

Magnesium and the bladder
I know this is a thyroid board and we do need to keep on topic - but if it encourages any hypo doubters for
magnesium
supplements to give it a go then for blokes here
magnesium
can have remarkable benefits in helping the bladder muscles and enabling uninterrupted night time sleep.

Magnesium in Parkinson’s disease: an update in clinical and basic aspects
Parkinson's has a long presymptomatic period, it's caused for the newborn, from
magnesium
deficiency during pregnancy & nursing which makes it so fewer dopamine nerves are created. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK507269/#_NBK507269_pubdet_

Bone Density - Dexa
But I take vitamin K2, vitamin D,
magnesium
, boron, etc. I do not take calcium. Or perhaps the cause is E2<12 pg/mL. I have that covered too. But doctors persist in prescribing harmful Bisphosphonates & Denosumab (Prolia / Xgeva).
