I have tried CBD oil,
Magnesium

As in my previous post, I took Gabapentin 5 nights and I feel shakey and my nerves raw. How can I get this crap out of my body faster? I tried an Epsom salts bath but doesn't feel much better if any. Also I am terrified in what to take for sleep and pain tonight. My doctor prescribed tramodol but it

experimenting with split dose T3 timings
Plus I take
magnesium
about an hour before I go to bed around 1-2am. Wondering instead if I take my first dose at around 4pm, which is around 3hrs after my breakfast and then second dose around 8pm and then dinner around 8.45pm.

Periodic episodes of fluctuating tachycardia while in AFib.
I've tried
magnesium
, vit c, vit d( which seems to aggravate) fruits and veggies, beet root extract, co q10... Nothing seems to help ....and my doctors don't seem to care and disregard my concerns. They tell me I'm obese . I'm 6 ft 1 and weigh 300 lbs...I don't look like I'm that heavy.

With using
magnesium
treatment spray, stretching & a portable massage machine seem to have done the job. I've also started running on an incline on the treadmill and making sure I warm up before and stretch after. Here's hoping I'll get back on top form.

Timing of Magnesium L-Threonate dosage
(For those who are unfamiliar, this type of
magnesium
is purported to help with cognitive function. I cut the dose in half as a test, and lo and behold, I’ve been experiencing some brain fog.) TIA.

high cholesterol taking D3
I’m now worried as to avoid taking Alendronic acid for osteopenia I’ve been taking D3+K2 and
magnesium
. I’ve just had my blood test results although D3 hasn’t come through yet, but my bad cholesterol has increased from 5.75 to 7.81 and the only thing I can link to this is taking D3.

For my fellow Restless Leg Syndrome sufferers
At follow up appointment to discuss results with Neurologist I mentioned that my RLS symptoms had slowly got better ( although not gone) as I increased my thyroid hormone - I’m on Armour Thyroid NDT (still not yet optimal after 2.5 years, but slowly getting there) and high- dose
magnesium
.

Insomnia? Some good results here
Valarian root/
Magnesium
an hour before bed. Helps a little. Instead of being fully awake at 3am, i feel dozier and can drift in and out of sleep. I tried not taking it for a few nights and the fully awake feeling returned. So helped - but not enough for me.

Article to yesterdays afib and dark chocolate
They added that “a typical 100 calorie serving of dark chocolate” (this would typically be around 17g or 5 small squares of chocolate) contains 36 mg of
magnesium
, which has blood-pressure lowering and antiarrhythmic effects.

Magnesium
I’ve regularly been given
magnesium
in the form of a powder dissolved in water here in the Basildon Cardiothoracic Centre. When I asked one of the nurses why, she said “it’s good for AF”.

GP Visit Update
He said I could increase VitD3 to 2000iu and that a Vit B complex would be a good idea - I'm also adding in
Magnesium
and investigating D3 with K2 (any suggestions for good source of these?)

Magnesium biglycinate and levothyroxine - spacing of meds
I will start tonight and take the
magnesium
a few hours before but it would be good to hear what others have done, or if I am going to have to re-think how I take the thyroxine completely. Thanks Clarity

zinc supplements
I take
magnesium
and that’s reaching top of normal and I take omega 3. I’m just starting B12 supplements but she says I’m in normal range 224 pg/mL (197-771) so no real need but take them if I want.
