Magnesium CAUSING muscle cramps
Magnesium
taurate doesn't agree with me either yet I can take taurine in high doses and
magnesium
independently.
Magnesium
oxide is the only one that actually helps with my digestive constipation anyway.

Magic Magnesium Malate
Has anyone else tried this New Nordic magic
magnesium
Malate. I'm taking one tablet a day instead of recommended two. Each tablet has 120mg of
magnesium
, some b vitamins, which I'm used to but 2 extracts new to me. One has maritime pine bark extract 150mg per 2 tabs and some long pepper extract.

magnesium glycinate
I have restless legs and thought I would try taking
magnesium
glycinate to see if it helps. I bought some from Amazon (
magnesium
glycinate 3-in-1 by Nutrition Geeks). I have only taken two tablets so far.

I know
magnesium
helps with RLS as I used to use a
magnesium
cream before being prescribed Pregabalin so thought I might take a supplement as extra insurance as well as its other benefits. But I don’t want it to interact with anything else.

magnesium and implantation
Hi, I was reading the other day that
magnesium
supplements help with implantation but now seem to have lost that post. Can someone guide on the above and suggest any
magnesium
supplements they have been using? Thanks

Apparently pantoprazole inhibits the absorption of
magnesium
among other things.
Magnesium
Apparently is one of the markers for a fib which I now have. I used my health tracker to look back.

Inflamation/magnesium
So I decided to see if I could get a reading and take supplements, but was told that because I was now taking prescribed blood thinners, It would be unwise as
Magnesium
would also thin blood.

Edoxoban Update
I read online that if you are on blood thinners ( seemed to be mostly about warfarin ) that you should not take
Magnesium
. I had always been told that the
Magnesium
and Potassium helped your heart. I do know Fish Oil tends to thin your blood, so I ruled it out at least till I find out more.

Does anybody get severe cramps; legs, pectoral and feet?
I have experimented with
Magnesium
Oxide, Glycinate/Hylands Leg Cramps/Curcumin/Tonic water/Calcium and Potasium. The only thing that helps is drinking
magnesium
citrate power in water during a muscle cramp attack. I really wish I could find something to avoid them in the first place. Any ideas?

Water and magnesium
I know she was only trying to help and I think I'll switch my
magnesium
from citrate to marine and see. Anything is worth trying. Did feel she was telling me off though!
