My Labs are back- recommendations pretty please.
So I am currently taking a
Magnesium
Complex and 1mg Lunesta. This works one day and then not the next…RLS with me is very hit or miss. Up walking around doing balance exercises at 0200 in morn…. I eat healthy, exercise and take care of myself.

I am not taking any other drugs for RLS apart from
magnesium
and the very occasional Zopiclone. I take Apixaban for Atrial fibrillation.

The problem is the absorption of food and the absorption of nutrients like
magnesium
etc. I tried, but it even interferes with my high blood pressure medication Perindopril Arginine by reducing its effectiveness. Therefore please don't use it.

Undiagnosed Hypothyroidism
I'm already taking methylated form of vitamins and Q10,
magnesium
, pro-biotics, fish-oil with extra vitamin D and collagen. What else can I take that's available OTC? Thanks for reading if you got this far!

Hypothyroid symptoms but normal test results
I am now taking b12 and
magnesium
and NAC and palmetto for adrenal glands and cortisol symptoms. Is anything wrong with my thyroid or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Overton and B1
It is nice that my next trial was going to be to add
magnesium
and Overton has done the work that I was going to do and I can at least start by following his work. Correlating what is thought to be true about B12 has no value to me at this juncture.

I am religiously taking caltrate twice a day with k2 and
magnesium
before bed. I also take coq10 for heart health as I have high blood pressure and have family history of both heart issues and breast cancer.

Advice needed (again) from you lovely people
I have tried some
magnesium
powder (mix as a drink) but it didn’t sit well in my stomach, maybe I just need to find one that suits me. All blood tests have been between 8:30am and 9am, 24 hours since levothyroxine,7 days with no biotin.

Switching from Levothyroxine to Liothyronine
I do take a good multivitamin however, together with
magnesium
and vitamin D. My iron is usually on the low side so I take ferrous fumarate which I get on prescription. Ideally I would like my TSH to not be suppressed (mainly to get doctors off my back!) whilst having a good level of T4 and T3.
