NOTE I also take a 300mg tablet of
Magnesium
(as

An interesting observation about anxiety and constipation
I use vitamin C and
magnesium
citrate
to help the process along, but even with that, I found I was having trouble and that made me feel --- STRESSED, ANXIOUS.

Prostrate Cancer treatment ADT
HiI am being treated for PC. After diagnose I was put on ADT treatment. This stops testosterone production. Had a bone scan and found I have osteopenia. I am taking a calcium citrate with vitamin D. Also once per week Alendronate 70mg. Has anyone else been in the same boat? Thanks

Calcium Citrate questions
I’ve been taking Calcium Carbonate on and off for over 5 years but my stomach really doesn’t like it. It makes me gassy and and causes me to have stomach ache. I have read that Calcium Citrate is more gentle on the stomach so I am trying to find what the equivalent calcium citrate is to calcium carbonate

calcium through foods
how do you know if you are getting enough calcium through foods, I have just ordered 500mg of calcium citrate, I'm not messing around measuring this and measuring that, and the 20mg of famatodine that I take won't help, the calcium citrate I bought is 3 capsules =500mg, I think I will just take 2 a day

Sleeping w/out THC for the first time in 5 years
I also take vitamin C, vitamin D3, ubiquinol,
magnesium
malate, threonate, glycinate, and
citrate
(I rotate the threonate and malate randomly). I took B1 HCL 1 gram/day for 4 1/2 years but can't tolerate it since being on the estrogen patch. I'm currently only taking about 3.125 mg/week.

Calcium - forms, doses, timings
Hello, my adjusted calcium is slightly low and I was told to take two of the tablets I had been taking which are 600mg (so having two would mean 1200mg a day). My bloods were tested again yesterday and my adjusted calcium level has remained the same. Has this happened to anyone else?! I'm not on medication

Adcal-D3
Just a quick query. Has anyone else suffered from nausea when taking Adcal-D3 chewable? I was wondering if the tablets contain lactose, as I'm allergic to it. Since having been diagnosed with a fractured L2 and osteoporosis, the RA team and my GP both recommend them. I was taking Solgar Calcium Citrate

My calcium level appears low within bone profile blood tests. Are these an accurate representation I wonder?
Diagnosed with osteopenia after having Dexa scans in 2016 and 2023 and breaking wrist and arm in separate incidents of slipping on ice. My concern is that when my calcium is tested via bloods, it comes back as being borderline low even though I’m taking 900mg calcium citrate per day and ingest another

Six compression fractures in lower spine
I've had six compression fractures in the last three months, all treated with kyphoplasties. On Fosamax and calcium citrate plus vitamin D3. Dexa score is -2.9. Should I be on something stronger?

New results
I saw the endo last week. Told her all my symptoms but she didn’t seem interested just that my TSH and ft3&ft4 were in limits. She said a lot of my symptoms could be from something else or age related. I said about vitamins and she said she would do them so that I could take some to see if that helped

New Unproven and Untested Concept.
I noticed that in online videos many are touting higher amounts of different water soluble vitamins that those amounts recommended by the medical field and experiencing better results than the patient of the medical field. I trust their experiences somewhat. Their reasons for experiencing the results
