MMC Chromosome results “Trisomy for Chromosome 15”
Hi, I had a MMC almost 7 weeks ago and just had genetic testing results back from London lab. My husband and myself now need to go for a blood test to see if we are carriers of any chromosomal errors. We’ve had 55 eggs collected over 4 fresh cycles - all four ending in miscarriage. I read up about our

CBD and RLS
Like so many of us, I am ALSO weaning off of pramipexole. I have been taking a "low" 0.375 or 1.5 of the 0.25 mg tablet (with 600 mg Gabapentin) at 1030 pm (prior to a 12 am bedtime) for the dreaded RLS onset at 130-2 am, which would then last for 1 to 3 hours. It was working but I was feeling the

Best foundation for telangiectasia?
Hi all, Anyone out there found a good foundation to cover telangiectasia on the face? I was diagnosed with systemic sclerosis 3 years ago. I know it seems trivial with all the other things we have to deal with but the redness on my face gets me down sometimes and I wondered if anyone has found the holy

RLS and Marijuana
Does anyone know of a good practitioner in Toronto who is very knowledgeable about treating RLS with CBD and/or marijuana? I was told that typically suggested doses of CBD are far too low to be very effective. What about marijuana capsules or vaporizers? As time goes on I am less and less confident

the culprit is in the cbd I am taking
HI, thanks to all of you who have responded to my last post. After days of wondering as what is the reason the oxycodone I have taking for years lost effectiveness all of a sudden. It is not the pregabalin but the high-dose CBD I have been taking in the past half month reduces the effectiveness of

Has anyone tapered off/withdrawn from Methadone...after using it to get off the DA drugs?
I seriously need help-each time I find a doctor to prescribe Methadone, they give it to me for a short time and then state they can no longer do so. I cannot live with this monthly terror...the current doc said I have one month to find someone else, as his clinic is being monitored. Today I had a new

HAS ANYONE HAD SEVERE RLS EPISODES OCCURRING WHILE UNDER SEDATION DURING MEDICAL PROCEDURE?
In the past 10 or more years I have needed occasional Epidural injections under sedation due to a spinal injury. Problem is I become combative during most of these procedures and have been lucky that no one has gotten hurt during these occurrences. I thought this was happening due to my personal fear

Extremely high free beta HCG at week 12 screening
Hi i am38, pregnant via IVF for 1st child. 12weeks screening put me 1:40 chance for Down’s syndrome, due to very high hcg 5.83 mom. The rest are within normal range. Subsequent NIPT showed low chance for all three syndromes. Any thoughts if I still should do aminocentesis ? Any similar experience with

Booking your 3rd/4th Covid Vaccine
https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-vaccination/book-coronavirus-vaccination/ It looks like it's much easier to book your vaccine now: The 3rd dose is for people who had a severely weakened immune system when they received their 1st or 2nd dose. The vaccine may not have given

Zumenon and when did you stop
I haven’t posted for some time as 2021 was a year of investigation and procedures. I am pregnant again after my 10th transfer with one baby. Still early days - currently 10 +4. I had to move from progynova to zumenon due to supply issue. I would love to hear how many zumenon per day you were on and when

Instant help
I would like to inform you about a funny instant release that I came across recently. When I am in bed trying to sleep and my legs are jumping because my dopamine agonist doesn’t work, then I stand on my cold balcony only in my underwear for about 5 minutes (at the moment it is maybe about 0 and 8 degree

*SENSITIVE* Vanishing twin
Just an update On our situation. Sadly it was confirmed at our scan yesterday that out twin was no longer there and all that was left was an empty sac. We have now gone from a twin pregnancy to a singleton pregnancy. We still feel incredibly lucky and happy as the bigger twin was alive and kicking
