Gluten free and sourdough bread.
When I was first diagnosed with RA, I tweaked my diet significantly and one of the main changes was eating less gluten, which is better for inflammation. I have come up with a really good recipe so thought I would share... You don’t need to knead it (good for sore hands) and it doesn’t use yeast either

I am 33 years old male diagnosed with Osteopenia. Which is strange because: -I don't take any medicines -I have been lifting heavy weight in gym from when I was 20 -Not hereditary risk -I don't smoke or drink alcohol But I do have some health problems (no energy and very slow regeneration after workout

I received this in the inbox from deliciously Ella and I think it is helpful whether you are just starting out or not. (Maybe best to use cartons instead of cans though if you have a choice). I hope you find the list helpful? Ali 🌱🙂 GETTING STARTED: OUR ESSENTIALS PLANT-BASED MILKS Oat Milk works perfectly

Thoughts on my latest blood results
Just wondering if anyone would be so kind as to cast an eye over my latest results... a few of my b12 symptoms are coming back despite every other day injections. Very pale skin, tiredness, headaches, tingling arms etc. So I asked my doctor to do a full blood test and he reluctantly agreed, but has marked

Regaining Confidence After PP
Hi All, I had PP in August of last year, with no previous psychiatric history and it pretty much destroyed my confidence. Over a year later I am still struggling to get my confidence back, even though I was always a confident person before. Any tips to help get this back? It doesn't help that

Suggestions for medicine
Hello again! I post A LOT, but for everyone I will list my brief background. I have Psoriatic Arthritis, Psoriatic Spondylitis, Fibromyalgia, Postherpetic Trigeminal Neuralgia, and chronic headaches. I am in the US which passed a law restricting opioid prescriptions and I have had no meds since September

To ultrasound or not?
I got the chance to speak with the ob/gyn today after he received daughter's new lab results. With regard to ultrasound, he said that it would not change his plan of attack. He is planning to keep an eye on fT4 and fT3 levels and continue to increase dosage of Armour on a symptom-based approach (not

Stage 4 Kidney disease caused by lithium
I am now at 25 gfr. I am leaking protein and have been told this condition was caused by Lithium prescribed to me 20 years ago. This drug also destroyed my thyroid function. I am on Ramipril 2.5 mg per day to try and stop the protein leak. This leak apparently is causing high cholesterol of 8.4. I have

Food Reaction Tests
My early symptoms for what they were are in remission. I still have a swollen finger, but the generalised pain has gone. My ankles and knees are occasionally a bit achy, but my stiff hands in the morning have gone away. I can drive without discomfort and don't have to remove my shoes in the office.

Help I don’t know what to do.
Okay so I have been taking Librium for almost a year now. It has been an okay benzodiazepine, but last year I use to be on Xanax. Xanax was better it made my anxiety go down by a landslide. But Librium only manages the anxiety. So what do I do?

Update on son Andrew with renal tubal acidosis. And a big thankyou to you all that responded to me.
Andrew has just attended his follow up appointment with the nephrologist. And he answered all his questions. His pottasium is now at 4.5 and been stable for 2 weeks. This is the first time in 3 years. He has only been taking bicarbonate of soda as he couldn't keep the potassium down. The consultant told
