High Blood Pressure Medication
I was wondering if anybody took any high blood pressure medication?I was prescribed 10 mg of Lisinopril last week by my Family Doctor. But I always check with my Hepatologist before taking any new medication. He gave me the go ahead to take it.But to take it at night since it can cause dizziness.

Raised bp and sodium
I have 2 things to ask about. #1: bp Staying up. Running 140 - 150/89-98 My dr recently uped my lisinopril to 20. Worked a week now back up. What could this be. Staying pretty well hydrated (urine light and clear). I think it is going up late afternoon to evenings. How often should I check my bp to

Achy
I am currently taking Lisinopril for my blood pressure and protein leak. I feel achy with muscle cramps. Hand cramps, leg cramps. Basically, achy all over. My current GFR is 57. Creatine 1.24. My last labs show potassium at 4.0 which is in the normal range. My GP suggested that I add magnesium supplements

BP Meds
I'm on Lisinopril and a Thiazide combo. My most recent eGFR was 54. BP Ranges between 105/65 to 115/70. Any thoughts on role of BP control and eGFR management? How important is it?

Question about kidney disease.
Hey, I just got home from the ER last night for a Gallbladder attack. I noticed that there were many abnormal test results on my bloodwork. I had a slightly lower EGFR and high BUN rate around this time last year, but with a normal Creatinine level. Last night's blood test results show a BUN of 30, a

Another question about CTEPH
Hey, about seven years ago, I had a massive saddle pulmonary embolism. Apparently it did a lot of damage to my lungs. I have recently been diagnosed with a moderately enlarged right heart. My ejection fraction is normal, and my PAP is 20.1. The doc said my PAP is completely normal. No Pulmonary Hypertension

Feeling dizzy and nauseous
Was diagnosed with paroxysmal afib on 3/19/18. Was put on eliquis 2x a day 5mg and diltiazem er 120 mg. I was already on bystolic 5mg 2x a day and 20mg of lisinopril. Lately I've been feeling dizzy and nauseous just about every day. Had an episode of afib on 9/1/18 because I was frightened by a pigeon

Six-month checkup with EP
6 month checkup with EP today. EKG was fine. But I have gained some weight over the summer and BP was a little high. So I will be doubling lisinopril for a while. When I told him I have been having little runs of tachycardia with exercise, he decided to keep me on sotalol for at least another 6 months

My journey so far.
I have Heart failure LV cardiomyopathy. I take 12.5 mg carvedilol and came of lisinopril because of diahoria. Now on ramipril have reduced to 2.5mg once a day instead of twice a day because of low Bp. Hopefully I will feel better soon. Back to see cardiologist next week after 3 maths on meds. I know

Svt’s and Afib
I had cardiac ablation March 2018. Two week heart monitor showed some Svt’s and some Afib. On medication and blood thinner. What heart medicine do you take to control Svt’s? I have had multaq, tioksen, amiodarone, flecainide. I now am on metropolol, fosinopril, and eliquis. I have read on this

Bisoprolol and Nasonex (corticosteroid)
I have been on 2.5 mg of bisoprolol for 14 years following a heart attack. I had a stent and was also prescibed 40mg simvastatin, 5mg lisinopril and low dose aspirin. About 10 years ago I dropped the lisinopril as my blood pressure was never really very high and I was developing sinus issues (drip) which

Kardia and diagnosis of AFib
In March noticed very irregular and fast heart rate. Eventually went to Gp. Ecg x 2 normal but as Gp noticed irregularities he sent me to cardiologist who organised 48hr monitor.......no particular irregularities! Gp advised to treat my high blood pressure only. I got a Kardia, ‘captured’ irregularities

Re Meds & thank you
Hi folks, and many thanks to all of you who responded to my question re clopidogrel. After much pushing I got to see my long time GP - who is a star - and spent 25mins going through the problem, running tests etc., and this is what I learned: 1. Some of the dizziness (associated with sudden movement)

Xgeva and Bone Mets
Fighting PC since December of 2003. Under Dr. Myers was in long term remission until 2015 when PSA started doubling. With more ADT went to undetectable. New MO suspicious since I am Gleason 9 (5+4). Said that with high Gleason sometimes PSA did not show mets. Bone scan in December last year. Mets
