Dexa scan results while on prednisone and using the COMB micronutrient protocol.
After being diagnosed with osteoporosis 2 years ago I had tried Alendronate and couldn't tolerate it; Tried Forteo for a couple of months but ended up in ER with shortness of breath. With my rheumatologist and internist approval I followed the Micronutrient protocol for 1 1/2 years - while taking prednisone

In Pain after 3 hysteroscopies in 6 weeks, and now have my period - Yay
Hello. Well where to start! I am 40, have had horrific periods (like from a horror film) for most of my life. I started taking anti bleeding tablets about 10 years ago, tranexamic acid, hard to spell! I don’t think they make a huge difference, as most months I get through 40 pads During my periods and

Effects of increasing Mirtazapine dose?
I started on 15mg mirtazapine for depressive symptoms (of complex ptsd) just over a week ago, and I've been so anxious, to the point where I'm almost constantly dissociated, and instead of 4-6 hours of restful sleep, I now get closer to 8 hours but I wake up anxious several times in the night. However

Omega-3 rehash
I’ve looked here on the group and especially in Google checking to see about omega-3 which my GP asked me to take to lower my cholesterol. She asked me if I knew any contraindications with my complex array of meds and supplements. Here on the group there seems to be mixed thoughts about it and when

Zoledronic Acid ~Infusion
Just attended my yearly rheumatology appointment and saw an SHO rather than consultant (it sounds as if they are busy closing down face to face appointments for the time being and relying on telephone conversations, I think i was one of the last) The main thing was that following the Dexa scan report

Liothyronine trial update
5 weeks into my T3 trial and sadly, it’s not been beneficial so far. I don’t feel any better. (In fact my health is awful- but I’m putting it down to lockdown blues/inactivity/crap diet) but it’s a catch 22 situation. I feel so terribly low in mood, so not eating the best, joints are painful so exercise

Looking for Advice
I have been diagnosed with POS, Underactive Thyroid and I'm being investigated for Endometriosis. I've came off of my medication (Cerelle) as I'm trying to conceive but I've went straight back to having a never-ending period (heading into month 2 of bleeding). The only things that's been able to stop

Anybody on Zometa injection/ Zoledronic acid?
Hello everyone, I had a bone scan last week and it revealed osteopenia 😱😨🤯 I’m not surprised as I feel it. My poor bones have deteriorated since I started on Anastrazole and now I’m on Exemastene. I’m 42 so I have to be on hormone therapy for 10 years and I don’t know if my bones will hold up. What
