what is the risk from ALA?
What is this community’s take on ALA, as found in flaxseed oil? Is there risk for prostate cancer? If there is “risk”, is that solely an association with increased PSA? i.e. do significant amounts of flaxseed oil cause a change only in one’s baseline PSA? i.e. does it promote the [i]

-> this is the only form that is effective. It is water and fat soluble, biologically active, 12X more potent than other forms. b) S - Alpha

Gasoline?
A question for anyone who has found an answer... From 2018, when diagnosed, I have been told by doctors, urologists and oncologists that; "Testosterone, in prostate cancer, is like gasoline on a fire!" When I first heard this it seemed dubious since what I "knew" about PCa was that young men with

But I really like Pqq carnitine alpha

. These are all really, really important ones. I’m not a big fan of antman or in our these nicotinamide products. I look at it and have a different view on that. It again is listening to the wisdom of the body.

Failed egg retrieval cycle
I did everything I could, took ubiquinol, NAC, R-
lipoic
acid
this time. I didn’t take any meds other than multivitamins in my first two cycles and those resulted in 2 euploid embryos. Although I lost one embryo last year when my FET failed.

DX 5 years on Dec 26th. What I’ve learned about my PD. Please Read! It might be helpful.
PD is very common in my family. My dad and his dad had it. I have almost no hope they will ever cure it because it’s so complex. Here is what caused my Parkinson’s. (IMO) 1.Genetics. This is something you cannot change. I know my genes have issues with clearing out toxins? PD is a man made disease

Severe RLS Where do I go now?
Hi! I've been lurking reading your posts for a couple of years. I live in Sweden and am a 58 yo female and have severe burning RLS without PLMD. Here's a condensed version of my story: July 2011 Laminectomy C4-C5. no real slide effects except nerve pain in right index finger which I've learned to block

Colchicine and Inflammation Revisited
My supplements that have anti-inflammatory actions include: Quercetin, Fisetin, Resveratrol, Co Q10, Alpha-
lipoic
acid
, Curcumin, ECGC, Sulforaphane, Omega3 FAs, Melatonin and Pro-biotics. Perhaps I will consider adding low dose colchicine.

Flushing and menthol sensations
I stopped using any steroids (low dose prednisone and depo medrol knee injections), B3, alpha
lipoic
acid
and quercerin. Allergist did a tryptase test (normal) and has ordered another within 12 hours of next reaction (I'm hoping it never comes) She also ordered epi pen.

Alpha Lipoid Acid & Acetyl L Carnitine - Help!
The two supplements that seem controversial are: R-Alpha
Lipoic
Acid
. Acetyl L Carnitine My questions are, do these 2 interact with hypothyroidism/levothyroxine? And if so is there a way around it or a way to take them alongside levothyroxine? Could timing make it work?
