RLS Miracle cure. Tonic Water. Plain and Simple.
I take Oramorph, high strength Cocodamol, Naproxen, Vitamin D, and obligatory
laxatives
. I do NOT NEED RLS, thank you very much! I keep a healthy stock of TW and all I usually need is a small mouthful each morning.

Chronic constipation that is getting worse despite the strongest medication and fear of surgery
These
laxatives
are now having less and less effect on me and I feel like most of my large colon is not working now. I am nervous to eat as I don’t want to overload my system.

Struggling
I have also taken
laxatives
. I purge on fatty and sugary foods to make myself feel better. It is a repetitive cycle. Any advice on how to cope with purging? Thanks.

This week for 5 days I have not eaten more than 700 calories a day, even used
laxatives
to clean myself out, and I have not lost one pound. I am really worried. Anyone have any suggestions?

My bowel is giving up! Is this common with lupus patients?
My bowel in particular is worrying as the final portion (sigmoid) has given up so there is no motility and even with the strongest
laxatives
and drugs (constella and resalor) I am still not able to go. I am resorting to enemas ....

New member - Poo holding - is GP the next step?
I thought it would sort itself out in time with encouragement, reward charts and occasionally
laxatives
(lactolose from the chemist) but this isn't the case. Currently he is going up to 5 days without pooing and having wee accidents and some poo accidents due to this.

Large box containing 120 packets of High Strength
Laxatives
. Be quick - going fast! Anyone looking for a Hard Drive? Try the A57 Snake Pass in Cumbria on a Vespa Scooter in a blizzard with no headlights and bald tyres. I did - the Old Bill weren’t happy when they caught me :-(.

Help me please!
Will the
laxatives
force a movement? Will she have to sit on the toilet in the end? She is so scared of it hurting again and she is so poorly from keeping it in, she's been in bed with it for the past 3 days. There's no chance of her getting to school.

New here.. High faecal Calprotectin?
I have chronic constipation (always using
laxatives
) and IBS due to cramps. The past year things have changed with blood and mucus in stools and intermittent episodes of diarrhoea pain and bloatedness.

Severe pain in side
The pain eases with
laxatives
! And recently for a few days when not eating gluten products (as experiment!). The pain feels like dragging but mostly sore. Gets worse at night! Runs to loo or constipated! She’s real fed up! Doesn’t know what to eat or not eat! Feels down and lacking energy!

Pre-diagnosis diet advice for bowel symptoms
I have been suffering with constipation for a few weeks now and unable to pass very much at all despite
laxatives
, useful foods, and lots of fluid. The GP seems to think these bowel issues could be endo related (as I understand the symptoms are often mistaken for IBS?)

What to do for a 9 year old who still wets the bed
upsetting for him makes him uncomfortable to go spend the night at other peoples houses so I'm not sure exactly how to help him and I don't know if his hypospadias has anything to do with it or even what kind of things can be done because his pediatrician thinks that he's constipated and just gave him
