I feel somewhat like in moving or swaying very slightly when I'm not, or off balance.

well i have read your posts as i helps me get to know you a little better and i see that you have had this checked out. and it does seem to be anxiety. and i think the best way is to lie down if possible. have you been to the doctor? not just about the dizziyness but about your anxiety? see if there is something to help dizziness, usually its caused by problems of the ears and maybe you should get the doctor to check out your ears. let me know how you get on, do you have any other physcial symptoms apart from anxiety. love grace xoxoxo

Hi I only get dizziness and palpitations when I am having a bout of depression. Once I am ok both symptoms pass. My G.P. has given me some anti dizziness pills for the next time. If you want know name I will tell you as haven't used them yet. I find going out ,walking, socialising ,chatting best thing for me as sitting at home thinking too much is no good for anyone.Take care xx

Hi CDANILEEE98. When I am dizzy, laying down makes it worse for me. I find it better sitting up in a chair, and finding a spot in front of you, on the wall and staring at it until the dizziness stops. I was prescribed antivert, or meclizine for my dizziness. Make sure to always move your head slowly. Always get up slowly as well. Never look all the way up, are all the way down. Dizziness are vertigo can come for many things. I hope this helps you.
