T3 dosing

Have been taking my t4 and t3 at bedtime (75 levo, 15 t3). Wanted to try moving the t3 to daytime dosing but still sat here with 5mcg that i havent taken yet cus i have eaten, had a beta blocker, my holy basil, fish oil, vitC and zinc. When can i now take it?

Jefner My understanding is that you treat it the same as any other thyroid med - one hour before or two hours after food and a couple of hours away from supplements, four hours away from iron. Timing can be difficult.

sttm group say you can eat with t3 but I don't think I will be doing that. Just had my first 5mcg of the day
