Is anyone on Essential Oils for W&W?
Folks around here are getting into essential oils... I've rolled on immune therapy for my swollen neck gland, and it seemed to help some... but I have a sore throat and cough that has hung on... I'd been on Claritin for a year and it did help... but I've read of test results that Claritin and Xanax

D3/cholecalciferol and fish oil and possibly adverse effects
I have just recently learned that some brands of fish oil capsules contain significant levels of D3 . I was taking as many as four or five capsules daily and each contained 2000 units of D3 . And I was experiencing increased leg weakness which I now suppose my calciferol levels were possibly higher

Waiting (not so) patiently.
I’ve decided that with all the medical reviews, blood tests, chuff checks and period monitoring that comes with IVF they seem to have overlooked one extremely vital question when you’re being assessed - “Do you have the patience of a f**king saint?” Because my GOSH do you need it. We’re due to start

Hello all I’ve read a few posts and researched a little and am still none the wiser on flaxseed oil! I was advised to take it for the omega fish oil content & to help T4 to T3 but I’ve read it can make your hair fall out & I’ve noticed I’ve been losing more hair over the last 6 months or so (before starting

LCHF Diet-- Are we eating the Healthy fats??
As a part of LCHF diet , we aim at eating 60-70% of our daily calories from Fat. Nutrition, Supplements & Respiratory Health
I'm not a qualified Nutritionist but spend quite a lot of time pouring over serious reports from respectable, independent sources. I'm aware most people in the UK are 'already' obtaining the advised Government Daily Allowance of Vitamins, Minerals etc purely through stuff they eat and drink. And 'yes

Early Symptoms - My approach
Six weeks after my first swollen finger, achy hands and general pain in my feet - I am trying an elimination diet and various supplements. Am also making a massive effort on Dental health - as well as toothpaste swilling with Xylitol and using an electric water flosser. Just had a deep filling replaced

New to PMR GCA - Looking for diet-related treatment
Hi folks. I am so happy to have found this site! I was just diagnosed yesterday and put on prednisone. This is my second diagnosed autoimmune disease - I was diagnosed with SLE (Lupus) in 2009. I was able to get all my Lupus symptoms under control, resulting in almost normal labs, through stress

Washing Pet Dander out of clothes?
Is there a product that can do this? We had a rabbit and his dander was on our clothes and has spread to others. We’ve tried washing at high temperatures, multiple rinses, anti allergen product from Amazon, Eucalyptus Oil but the clothes still give me asthma! Is there a magical product out there? Thanks

90 day drug holiday
I started the 90 drug free holiday with a PSA of 0.08. Next it went down to 0.06. This week it was 0.04. My GP roll around a sonar and we couldn't find any swollen lymph nodes. A year ago my first MRI showed a blib of 9mm on the liver. It is now 15 months later and it is still 9 mm. The GP and my oncologist

Hi Everyone. My Mum has been diagnosed with copd. She is in her late 60s and stopped smoking 10 years ago. How can I best help her?
Looking at ways that can help with my Mum's copd. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've been looking at essential oils and diffussers.
