Even a couple of milligrams of quetiapine put me under the table for a good 24 hours and I wouldn't go for it until I had to. If it works for you, then that is good news. But for some folks it is serious shutdown, normally an antipsychotic, and that is how strong it is. So if that's what it takes to reach your need, that's good. If like me you take it and you wake up from grogginess about 36 hours before it really has left you, I'm not sure it works for everybody. You're definitely taking a very strong regimen if you're adding clonazepam to it and finding that it brings you to a level of functionality. And that's just fine but everybody else, it's good to try when you don't have anything to do for the next day, just in case.
