effexor xr 37.5

I feel like my anxiety is getting worse its only been 10 days on this dose. But I also take 15 mg of mirtazapine at night for sleep. Also take Klonopin 0.5 x 2 really want to get off it and take wellbutrin XR 150. mg x1 . I think I am on too many medications. My Doctor started the Effexor XR 37.5 to try to slowly get off all these drugs. I hurt all over and nauseous. Constipation is a problem for me and I eat a lot of fiber but think its all the meds plus protonix 20 mg for gerd. Any advice would really be appreciated. God Bless you all. Be gentle with yourself. I am swamped with anxiety too and it helps to unload the fear on this website. Keep up your connections. Let us know of any good strategies from your therapist. It's hard to stay positive but we don't have a choice. I'm praying that your life improves!

Thank You so much for your reply. Also praying for you. This is a very good site to connect too. She is using CBT therapy with me I have tried it before but this time it seems to be helping somewhat. I also started a gratitude journal. This the name of the book, Gifts and Gratitudes by Ann Voskamp just started it yesterday but pray I keep up with it. I think you would really like it.
