Legs Edema Swollen
Both my legs from the knee down have felt swollen. The cat scratch on my leg and no blood but a clear fluid. I showed wife and she diagnosed edema. She called ER to ask do I need to have it looked at. She got cut off. So looking at webmd, not to worry. I had just started walks in the mornings, I'll continue

Pain above pelvic bone? 15 weeks pregnant
Hello ladies I'm almost 15 weeks pregnant and in the last few hours I've noticed like a sharp stabbing at times throbbing pain that comes and goes just above my pubic bone. I've never felt this before so its freaking me out a bit. I've read that ligament pain could be starting about now but everywhere

New to Stage 4 CKD
My EGR is at 22 and ejection fraction is at 23% My
kidney
doc told me to look to family members for a
donation
for transplant, but to no avail there is no one. If that's the case, shouldn't they be looking towards dialysis? Also, they want to implant a defribulator for my heart.

Week 9 run 1 done! 🏃🏼♂️
Absolutely loving this running lark! In week one and two, I really struggled with calf pain - all I can put this down to is the fact that my body was adjusting to the physical exertion my body was being subjected to! Once the calf pain started to subside, I really did push on and have hit PB after

Protein intake and longevity
This Review paper available on Google Scholar is not about PCa but I found it interesting. The Abstract and a couple of sections from the paper are reproduced below. Covid-19 and acute kidney injury in hospital: summary of NICE guidelines.
Acute kidney injury (AKI), a sudden reduction in kidney function, is seen in some people with covid-19 infection. A subset of patients develop severe AKI and require renal replacement therapy (RRT). As in many settings, the development of AKI is associated with an increased risk of mortality. Although

After coronavirus, another hidden respiratory disease lurks in the buildings we left behind.
Global outbreaks of coronavirus have forced the closing of schools, gyms, offices and other buildings at a scale never seen before. Now, as countries start reopening after lockdown, those previously abandoned buildings could have become a breeding ground for another infection – Legionnaires’ disease.
