Gallbladder issues
I was just curious to see how many members had issues with their gallbladder? I know of two friends who have had kidney transplants and they both had their gallbladder removed previously. I myself had my gallbladder removed the same year I was diagnosed with kidney disease. I suffered with gallbladder

Taking Bets
Which will cause me kidney failure first? Diabetes (the way my Dad went)? OR A UTI I've had since March and just won't go away? And why is it if I have to sneeze, I'll almost always sneeze when my mouth is full of food?

Your experience with going on SS disability
I am looking into leaving my day job and going on SS disability. The cancer center that I go to has a guy who is fairly new in his position as a disability specialist. When I talked to him, he told me that because of the nature of my diagnosis and treatments (stage 4 metastatic pCa, Gleason 9), I would

prostate infection
I asked my doctor if I still have prostate infection. He said no but no testing was done. ( I still have a prostate gland not treated). I was treated for an infection most likely around the age of 35. Doctor would do DRE collect prostate fluid under a microscope and treat with anti-biotics of some

Information on Prostate Cancer?
I am been tested for Prostate Cancer, I had two schwannomas on my prostate in March 2020, my bladder is VERY irregular, urine a bit unpredictable, I had a Transperineal (TP) Biopsy of Prostate done on 13th June, I fear waiting for that long because of Covid pandemic, does not make my diagnosis feel too

Watch out Covid about…
Following a kidney stone removal ( well 3) i went home and only caught Covid which, bearing in mind this new variant is supposed to be milder has left me with an elephant on my chest. Back in hoppy now and on antiviral and antibiotic drugs so hopefully a good outcome soon. Transplant team working closely

Grapefruit?
No, no kidney issues. I know RLS is connected to kidney failure but all clear there.

Thank you all for the wonderful feedback, you have changed my life. It’s great not to feel alone anymore when no one around me can really understand this ‘ non pain’ enormous pain. I’ve a question, I know that RLS is connected to kidney failure and people on dialysis are prohibited from certain foods
