Then you don't need to worry about grapefruit.
Just for anyone reading this post, who is on any of the opioids/ates , then avoid grapefruit, and juice and even Seville oranges, since they are potentiators. This means they increase the power of the opiate to quite a high degree.
People have died in ignorance!😥
