Vulvic pain - Lichen Sclerosis and Vaginismus have been diagnosed but I wonder if that's not all I have. Maybe I have other conditions too.
I wanted to share my story with people. I am 28 and with the same boyfriend that I lost my virginity with three years ago and I am in pain every time we have sex so i rarely enjoy it. It is hard to talk, I find that talking about it makes my self esteem take a huge hit but I had to work through the low

Where to start, who to see?
Hello, My daughter has just been diagnosed with discoid lupus, so we are slowly coming to terms with all that this will entail for her. She's 9 years old and has had skin problems and horrible rashes whenever we have visited sunny countries, we finally had our diagnosis after being bounced between dermatologist

Red dry skin patches with SS.
Does anyone with SS or RA get red dry patches on skin that isn't Psoriasis? My derm says it not that and just some type of inflammation but doesn't know what and gave me low dose steroid cream to put on which helps but it doesn't get rid of it. It's always pink and sometimes flares and gets little

Medicines to b avoided with Ibnutrib
Got following feedback on various medicine which shouldn't be taken with Ibnutrib: This website gives various interactions associated with ibrutinib. Alcohol avoidance is also recommended. Very importantly, things like Seville orange or grapefruit juice is a no-go. http://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements

New meds to try out for DLE Lupus
I've been using Elocon for two months now and results are good from improving red marks on my face if I keep using it but if I stop using it for too long it flares up again. I had my second hospital appointment this week and they are prescribing me Hydroxichloriquine as my hands are very sore and painful

Anti malaria medication
Hi all I've avoided taking any medication (besides Urso) since being diagnosed with PBC three years ago. I am perhaps over cautious but am always nervous that my liver won't absorb them properly. I am now planning a trip where I've been advised to take anti malaria pills. Does anyone know if it's safe

Bloating and discomfort and Rash on face around mouth.
Hi. Can anyone help as I've been struggling with bloating and discomfort for around a year now and think maybe. Got tested privately for a blood test on foods and found a reaction to dairy so I've come off dairy a year ago and still feel the same. I eat really healthy and watch what I eat. 5 months ago

Inflammation. [1] Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio [NLR]
I have written perhaps too many posts on inflammation & prognosis. Inflammation is a treatable condition, in my view, which means that the patient can improve on his prognosis. There are a number of markers of subclinical inflammation & the NLR is just one of them. It is often included in a basic blood

Dealing with malaria and mosquito's on holiday
Hi Everyone. My husband has CLL and finished FCR treatment 21/2 years ago. So far all is good - bloods normal WBC in normal range and stable. We are now considering a holiday in India (Goa) and I have maybe unwisely chosen a hotel with no aircon so I am worried about the risk of mosquito borne disease
