Did your cycles get longer after fertility treatment?
Did anyone notice a change in their cycle length after all the meds? My cycles always used to be 25-29 days although I haven’t really kept track over the last couple of years while we’ve been doing iui. I have noticed that the first cycle after each iui has been longer but I’m now on day 32 of the second

Does this sound like ENDO?
I also have an
IUD
which has been in place for about a year but this has been going on for much longer so I dont know what to make of that. Does this sound like a red flag for endo to you? What should I do?

My experience.. can anyone help?
This is my first post and I’m a little nervous as I’ve never really done this kind of thing of talking with strangers. I’ve had endo since I was young, I’m waiting for my 3rd surgery. This time seems so different to the other times. So apologies in advance for the long post but this is what’s happened

Positive Merina Coil Stories .....
So I am 12 weeks post lap on Sunday. I had the merina fitted during this and graded at severe stage 4 Endo, adhesions all over the show and 8cm cyst removed and left with some urinary and bowel involvement (whatever that means) as those were the exact word she on my post op sheet. But horray for me,

Hormonal tears
Tonight I let myself cry hysterically like I haven’t in months and I blamed recent break ups/dating/loneliness until I remembered: 1) I haven’t cried like this in months 2) I also cried at glee earlier because they won something (it wasn’t even the main part 😂) So I came to the conclusion these are

Discomfort from a vacant IUD
Afternoon! New here. I have the Copper Coil and have been incredibly relieved by the effectiveness of it, no hormones or babies - what a win! However, I have had some discomfort since it was put in place. Not continuous but noticeable. Sometimes just a niggle but sometimes it's very sore. Also I had

Mirena coil/Hysteroscopy/Polypectomy
I’m 48 years old and been experiencing unusually heavy periods, severe cramping, passing clots etc for last 18+ months - much out of character. My periods have changed from every 28 days exactly to every 3 weeks and last for 7 days on average instead of the previous 3-5 days. I was referred to the gynaecologist

Getting Diagnosed with Endo
So, I'll try cut a long story short. Always had heavy periods from starting age 13. As I approached 18 I was having two periods a month, painful, heavy, sometimes clots, pain during sex, immense back pains and high body temp. Dr's told me I'm young, messy hormones, will settle, here is the mini Pill

Periods on an iud
It’s extremely painful, like the pain I experienced after having the
iud
fitted, and there is a light flow but it’s very dark in colour. Can anyone tell me if this is normal or anything other info would be great?

Recently diagnosed
Hi everyone. I've just been recently diagnosed with endometriosis and have so much going through my mind. I thought I'd post on here to see if anyone had any advice. I was admitted to hospital on Feb this year due to suspected appendicitis. I had been suffering with pain on and off since last summer

Feeling low post op / mirena coil
I had my first lap mid June, it was a diagnostic and they found a little bit of endometriosis and treated it. I also had the mirena coil fitted. Its been three weeks post op and I'm feeling quite low / anxious. Im not sure if it has to do with either of these or if a change in lifestyle (leaving university

Coil, Depo or Implant advice
Has anybody found either of these better than another? I’m really struggling with heavy periods and bad pms my Gp has suggested the Coil and I am worried about having it in. I have Underactive thyroid, Hashimotos and Sjogrens disease, so I can’t tolerate some of the previously tried contraceptives
