Bowels and pain

Hi guys my period is running very late this month (day 30) however I am on the coil but I still normally bleed a little. Anyway the last three mornings I’ve woken in agony, rolling in pain, until I’ve opened my bowels. The pain then slowly starts to ease but still have residual pain cramps through out the day. I have a fibroid as well as endo. The last three days I’ve taken full amount of zappain to keep on top of the pain. I don’t know wether this is my bowels, my womb or the fibroid. I spent all day in bed yesterday as I felt exhausted and Im feeling fed up.
