update
I was diagnosed as over active thyroid I was put in carbimazole at first which worked however then i became unwell and it dropped my
iron
levels and white blood cell count. I was then put in propylthiouracil 100mg daily then I had RAI in march this year.

He had covid, and other colds, was weaning and started on multivitamins with

. Since then I think we’ve successsfully weaned (still breastfed) and now on multivitamins without

Ferritin and folate levels
I had some blood tests run via the gp to check on my
iron
levels. They areFerritin 113 (30 -400) Folate >20 (3.8-26.8) which seem ok. I don't have a TSH and my T4 is minute caused by a non functioning pituitary. I want to increase my T3 but the Endos are horrified.

is this a good plan?
In preparation for an appointment I have next month with my doctor, I have requested the full set of
iron
tests and she has prescribed them. I have, for 20 years or so, been borderline anemic. I am hoping that getting my
iron
levels where they need to be can go a long way to giving me relief.

Right dose of Besremi
Additionally, I have a question regarding fatigue: When experiencing normal blood counts and
iron
levels, how can I ascertain if my fatigue is due to PV or it is from another cause, such as lack of exercise or something else ?

iron deficiency
Can anyone help me with my results? I have no gauge whether this is seriously low, or slightly low etc! This is in relation to a fibroid condition not thyroid potentially! Yes I’m super lucky right now!

Does anyone have any direct experience of Targinact?
My
iron
/ferritin/saturation levels are all being checked with a view to a Ferinject infusion, and my psychiatrist is kind, caring and knowledgeable, so I feel I'm in good hands. But I'm still terrified and wonder how much Targinact I'll need to take to get the RLS under control.

Ferratin level
My ferratin is in the 'normal' range but low and dropping, even though I have been taking oral
iron
spray daily, liquid
iron
supplement given by my doctor, high
iron
foods in my diet. I get days of complete fatigue, other days I can cope but not as much energy as I'm used to. Not sure what next?

Hi 👋
Long story short I was very unwell afterwards and lost almost 4 litres of blood, had 3 blood transfusions and half an
iron
infusion (started to react to it half way through!).... basically my health has been down the toilet ever since December.

Just need some advice on self injecting.
I also had vitamin D deficiency and was slightly anaemic, so I’m on life long vitamin D supplements and went on
iron
tablets for a short time.

Ferritin success, anyone wishing to try the same ... especially if vegan
A big thank you, and I hope you know who you are because I can't remember your name. 2) I've started supplementing with a different
iron
, this is called
Iron
Energy+ and is produced by Nutrition Geeks'. It contains Vitamins C, B12 and folic acid as well as
iron
. Best of luck

A Method To Increase Ferritin Level
Supplementing
iron
and eating
iron
rich foods will elevate it a bit more for me but what has worked the best is
iron
as a transdermal patch. These can easily be bought on Amazon.

but low ferritin (28 …5-204) thus can’t take three arrows.
