Ferritin success, anyone wishing to try the same ... especially if vegan

After years with ferritin scraping along bottom of the range it has at last risen, to nearly double and I thought others might like to know to see if the same works for you too.

There are two things I have done (after prescribed ferrous fumarate did not resolve the problem),

1) I regularly take Enzyme Digest after meals which was recommended by someone on here. A big thank you, and I hope you know who you are because I can't remember your name.

2) I've started supplementing with a different iron, this is called Iron Energy+ and is produced by Nutrition Geeks'. It contains Vitamins C, B12 and folic acid as well as iron.

Best of luck
