Can anyone help me with my results?
I have no gauge whether this is seriously low, or slightly low etc!
This is in relation to a fibroid condition not thyroid potentially! Yes I’m super lucky right now!

you need full iron panel test for anaemia
Eg
Medichecks iron panel test
medichecks.com/products/iro...
Test early morning, only water to drink between waking and test. Avoid high iron rich dinner night before test
oestrogen dominance and fibroids ……and thyroid

Your below range haemoglobin is showing that you are anaemic. The most common cause for this is iron deficiency. Low vitamin B12 and/or low folate might be contributing to the problem as well. This link might be of interest :

Your below range red blood cell count is more evidence that you are anaemic.
If you go to this link from the World Health Organisation website :
who.int/publications/i/item...
download the document, and go to page 3 you'll see how the levels of haemoglobin are classified. For non-pregnant women a level of 110 - 119 g/L is described as "mild" anaemia but below the table it says :
"Mild" is a misnomer: iron deficiency is already advanced by the time anaemia is detected. The deficiency has consequences even when no anaemia is clinically apparent.
What was the response to your results from the doctor that ordered these tests? Have you been prescribed anything to help?
In your shoes I would want to get an iron panel done, and also would want vitamin B12 and folate tested.
If your doctor prescribes iron, B12 or folate, come back and tell us about it. They may prescribe supplements that are poorly tolerated or are too low a dose or not the best ones for improving your levels.

I know that fibroids can cause excessively heavy periods and that could be causing the anaemia. Anaemia is also often connected with thyroid disease, as are low nutrient levels.
Some common deficiencies with thyroid disease are iron, ferritin (iron stores), B12, folate, vitamin D. Also selenium and zinc might be low, but few of us get those last two tested. A doctor might be persuaded to test all of these but the NHS is so strapped for cash you might struggle.
With your levels of haemoglobin and the low red blood cell count you must be feeling absolutely appalling. I hope we can help you to feel better.
