Hi i was recently diagnosed a week ago, my MBL crossed over the 5000 threshold, and now officially RAI 0. Flow/FISH was done, im 13q deleted, ZAP70 and CD38 negative. Doc (oncologist) said it most likely be 10-15 years before i would need treatment, and said he is putting me on yearly checkups. I know

Getting off levo is possible. My experience.
The solution for me was a drastic reduction of energy expenditure, significantly increasing rest and sleep and reducing stress as much as possible, taking in adequate
iodine
and selenium as well as adjusting a pretty significant iron defficiency (lost blood in two births two and a half years apart, and

Diet for hashis
My partner saw something that said foods high in
iodine
should be avoided. I’m wary of this one as I’m already on a limited diet (I also don’t eat red meat or pork - imagine going to a restaurant with me 😅). What do we reckon?

Hashimotos thyroid
I know I’ve asked many questions before as this year has felt like hitting a brick wall going from a completely feeling 28 year old female, always on my feet working or getting to go out and be with friends and family to now being in constant pain and barely making it out of bed sometimes overnight.

Help needed
I’m going thru a really bad rough spot right now . I’ve been on opiods Codeine and Tramadol for about a year with mediocre success. I’ve been thru the augmentation with Ropinarole, don’t want to go back there. It seems that things have been gradually going downhill for me and on a friends advice I added

Constant hypothyroid symptoms but clear blood tests and a very unhelpful doctor. Experiences appreciated.
After taking medication and it failing to keep my level normal I was given radio
iodine
to shrink my thyroid gland however it sent me into hypothyroidism straight away.

Overwhelming Pain (I am new)
First, my screen name, say it like this `eye see you a lot`! I have had kyphoscoliosis, which causes overwhelming pain in my lower back. Recently I had Radio Frequency denervation, it did not work. I have also suffered for a long time with pain in joints, muscle weakness, and spasms, headaches, upset

I hate my GP - making me feel like a drug addict
Just came off the telephone with the third GP I have spoken to in the last few months. I asked her to prescribe me either Tramadol or Codeine as the only thing helping me at the minute is taking shop bought Co-codamol and Nurofen Plus. I have tried Pramipexole and also now on Gabapentin 900mg. She said

Lap yesterday
Hi everyone! So I had my lap yesterday and my consultant said she found some endometriosis but didn’t tell me where! She said it’s stage 2 and I will have a telephone conversation to go over it in more detail. She did diothermy to kill the tissue and said it went well. I had to stay in because I was

My nightmare after taking Amitriptyline
I had never heard of Amitriptyline until my doctor suggested I take 1 every night to help with lower back pain....the only thing she really said was make sure to take it at night as it will make you sleepy..."Fair enough." I said and I left with my new medication to add to the collection. I am already
