I'm wondering if anyone on here is on Verzenio monotherapy. That is just Verzenio, not in combo with anything. I take 200mg twice daily. I began this just over a month ago and wondering if anyone has been on this protocol and seen it help. To give a background. I was diagnosed first 27 years ago. Stage

Rejoining the world - An update on my cancer experience as a patient with cirrhosis
People have been asking how I was doing so I thought it was time to provide an update. A quick review. I was having very painful time with back muscle cramps and had a fall which resulted in 3 compression fractures. While dealing with that I saw my PCP who identified that I was having a critical calcium

Starting Chemo again, Cabazitaxel Has anybody experienced any side effects that have been unusually bad?
After having been NED for the past six years I now have to go back on Chemo treatments. The first round of Chemo was with Taxotere and now My Cancer has become castrate resistant. PSA is now no longer a good indicator for disease progression. I'm not looking forward to doing this but it's what has to

Help! Prostate cancer spread to bladder.
Diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer in 2017, confined to bones and lymph nodes. After chemotherapy, have had a great run on drugs, but a bladder neck incision last June confirmed that it had spread to my bladder, about 1cm poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma on the left side. The urologist seemed

travel insurance (again)
for those on palbociclib, when asked if you’re on chemotherapy and you can only give a yes /no answer do you say yes as palbo is a targeted chemo? This is sort of academic as I can’t get insurance anyway at present due to pending operations that might never actually happen (mastectomy/mitral valve

In Remission for a year
Hi has anyone had a long remission with normal platelets ( no medication) only to go back to less then 10 again? I am hoping I am over ITP. The first time I had less then 10 for a couple weeks which was brought back to normal with IVIG and promacta. I was on medication for a month then none at all.

Delayed neuropathy in one hand
Hi everyone, Happy New Year! Wanted to see if anyone has experienced this and what are ways to deal with it. I finished frontline chemo and didn’t have much, if any neuropathy. But 4 months later, I’d wake up at night bc my right hand would really hurt - burning, tingling, like it’s fallen asleep plus

Olaparib hasn’t worked for me . Anyone had this happen and had success with another PARP?
Hi everyone, I’m back of Chemo for 3rd line, this time with Carbo and Caelyx. This is just a year after 1st recurrence, Chemo reduced cancer to nearly NED, 7 months of Olaparib and then CT scan showed new tumour on spleen. CA125 36. Oncologist mentioned later trying another PARP possibly Rucaparib
