Desperate for Help
i have been urinating more than normal and retaining urine. Went to a urologist a couple months ago and was diagnosed with pca. The urologist started me on Lupron and Casodex after being catheterized for a few weeks because of retention. The retention has subsided, but i am still urinating frequently

Hi everyone. I have been a long time sufferer of depression and anxiety (both diagnosed, and treated with meds and psychotherapy). I'm a 47 year old man, married over 20 years, and the only thing that makes my life worth living anymore is my 11 year old daughter, that I love more than life itself. I'm

HTLV1
In 1998 I was diagnosed with MS however it turned out to.be HTLV1. There seems to finally be an awakening to this virus that causes all kinds of nasty things. Most people remain symptom free. Most... unfortunately I do not! There are an estimated 20-40 million people world wide who have HTLV1...I am

26 Months post VM
I am 26 month post VM. I have a history of Extremely painful Migraines for 8 years. I always end up at ER by day 3 with migraine headache. I was always given Demoral and Vistaril to relieve my pain. Stayed in observation for 6-8 hours then released. Migraines stopped in 1987 after receiving Acupuncture

Managing Interstitial cystitis
Hi there, I’ve been living with this condition for a very long time. I’ve had surgery’s and treatments but I’m still suffering greatly. I have to catheterise multiple times a day and have to do installations twice a week, but my symptoms are still awful. I know there’s no cure but just to make it more

Zoladex Injections/HRT/Fowler’s Syndrome/ incontinance and retention
So since my last post two years ago some stuff has changed! I’ve had another lap which showed the endo has spread and more adhesions sticking my rectum and vagina together. I’m now under care at an endo specalist centre in London after paying privately to see Prof. Rymer once and then being referred.

Cardiac Catheterization recommended
Hello, I'm oscillating between stages 4 and 3 ESRD with ADPKD. I'm trying to forestall further decline by conservative medical care. I just "barely-passed" a cardiac stress test which results were judged "equivocal". I have had severe S.O.B. > decade but no known chest pain. My ejection fraction (echocardiogram

The system of Specimen Collection is flawed .I suspect this is deliberate & another Metoo issues as many people making the decisions such as NHS committees & CCG are men with financial bias .Even Doctors on CCGs mainly directed by their employers who given our funds to balance their inappropriate management

Unblocking tunes at regency international clinic London..
Hiya, I have 2 blocked tunes at the uterus end and I found a clinic that does a procedure called trans tubal catheterisation which claims to be 80 % successful in curing my type of blockage. Has anyone had this done? Or used this clinic? I'm scared but desperate so will try anything. I'm 41 with 3 failed

Giving up is NOT an option! Trial without Catheter vs Supra-pubic
After being told by the GP in the nursing home, that my B stayed for 4 weeks after being discharged from the hospital, that it will be to his best interest to leave him on catheter as it will create a lot of distress, and to give up the idea of TWAC, I finally got the neurologist, Urologist and DN to

Momentary palpitations
I had my aifb ablation exactly three months ago in Boston. I had palpitations for the first month - up to 2-3 hours long, but only to about 110 bpm and even - but they eventually went away. I had a heart catheterization a week ago because of continued chest pain (revealed no blockages). But since then
