Results all over the place
Oh to get a results letter without any red warnings on it. Could anyone comment please? Hashimotos/underactive. 4 years diagnosed, 2 years self medicating on NDT (Nature-Throid 4 grains). Also take Vitamin D 5000 daily. Should I go down to 3 or 2 grains NDT? Take folate supplements? My Anti-Thyroidperoxidase

TTC for nearly a year with PCOS. Anyone used metformin or clomid after the year mark?
We have been trying to conceive for 10 months now and I was diagnosed with PCOS summer last year. I rarely have periods wasnt having them at all since coming off the pill May last year. Had a period in January by myself but didn't get pregnant that month and then again I have had one exactly 28 days

Is increasing the dose of Insulin during intake of Sweet or Heavy Food is OK
I am an Engineer, a Civil Engineer who is in-charge of Construction activities in the field and also work in the office. I've been a diabetic since 1994. Then the Doctor suggested to me Semi Diaonil. Later, I was given diaonil and then put on Glocored in different doses. In 2010, my doctor suggested

Blue Horizon results
Finally took the plunge and had bloods done with Blue Horizon! Here are the results. I am on 150mcg of Thyroxine. When I was on 125mcg I felt quite bad so GP agreed to me having 150 if "we keep an eye on your TSH". I am a little confused at the results as my TSH is now too low. I would be so grateful

What Should I Do After a Slip Up?
What do you do if you accidentally slip up and eat too many carbs? What can you do to overcome a weight plateau? And what about food cravings during your period? I slipped up today and ate too many carbs! What to do? How big of a set back is this going to be? Have I completely undone all the right

Intermittent Fasting vs. Caloric Reduction – What’s the Difference?
Is there any difference between fasting and caloric reduction? Some would argue that the beneficial effect of fasting is entirely due to the caloric reduction. If true, then why is there such a striking difference between stunning failure of chronically reducing calories and stunning success of fasting
