Sodium Phosphate in frozen turkey.
Have you noticed that sodium phosphate is injected into frozen turkeys? (Maybe not all, but the one I bought did.) It preserves the meat, makes it retain water soo you don't have to baste it, makes the turkey look better, and saves the store money. There should be a warning label on the package, just

Struggling with IBS D
, peppermint tablets & tea,
Imodium
(which do seem to help after the horse has bolted), probiotics (which, after being on them for a week gave me the worst week of urgency yet) and diet changes.

Is my experience with IBS normal/Any tips?
The way I have dealt with this recently is taking
Imodium
or loperamide on any day that I am working (4-5 times a week) and any time where I know I will be out of the house for most of the day, this is mainly because it gives me peace of mind that I will be ‘safe’ having taken them.

OLD on blood results
OLD does indeed mean old. The blood sample needs to go to the lab the same day for some tests including Folate Potassium chloride and sodium. My bloods were taken in the afternoon so we’re sent to the lab the next day. A lesson that bloods should be taken early morning. I shall have them done again
