Food Labeling Site?
Food Labeling. Anyone aware of an internet site that shows components of most foods on the market -- particularly SODIUM, POTASSIUM AND PHOSPHOROUS? Or, do I have to look up product-by-product and/or brand-by-brand name?

Are these normal test results for someone with Hashi?
I haven't been diagnosed with hashimoto but there is a chance I could be since I have had thyroid issues in the past after giving birth. I was diagnosed with post partum thyroiditis and even now that my thyroid levels are back to normal (but I still have thyroid antibodies, low white cell count, antinuclear

As promised, Sodium Monosulphite FREE Large peeled cooked prawns from Sainsburys.
ISBN NUMBER 0022 8206 These are Sodium Monosulphite FREE, hence they will NOT harm you if you are gluten/wheat intolerant, as this ghastly preservative provokes an auto immune mast cell granulation reaction, releasing huge amounts of histamine throughout the body which causes us all yet more inflammation

Mark Hyman: The Problems with Nutrition Science ~ off topic, but an interesting read as our diet's so important for good TH conversion. :)

The Problems with Nutrition Science
I know you might feel a bit hopeless after the last blog where I explored why we are all so confused about what to eat. The bottom line: we are confused because we hear conflicting scientific reports, our government

As cites again
I have battled with ascites since diagnosis and was controlling with spirolactone and furosemide. However one doctor will take me off em because of kidney damage the next one along will put me back on them. If I don’t take spirolactone I fill with fluid within the week and need draining which is a pain

stopping the rapid decline in GFR
I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease one year ago. I see my nephrologist every 6 months. In the last 4 months my GFR has declined over 11 points so now I am at the bottom of stage 3. I have altered my diet a lot eliminating bread products chocolate, I have eliminated many of my normal things

Low sodium
My sodium levels are just in range, only for me craving it and piling it on every meal I would have hyponatremia, can be fatal, I don't understand how I can fix this other than eat excess salt. I've been like this since I get hypothyroid 14 years ago, I have also very sore achy tired muscles I think
