Disappointing day.Was suppose to start infusion Keytruda as Brav-Mek combo has had no effect. However Alt-AST readings were too high and doc said there would be too much toxcity esp since I have Ulcerative colitis and temporal arteritis.Very disconcerting knowing that there has not really been any effective

I am not a candidate for
immunotherapy
. My tumor is very estrogen sensitive. Due to my cancer profile, treatment with: Ado-trastuzumab emtansine, lapatinib, neratnib, pertuzumab, trastuzumab would not be beneficial for me.

Immunotherapy 2 year limit
But more shocking than this we discovered that even if her cancer was to progress once her treatment stopped, she would not be eligible for any further
immunotherapy
on the nhs, even though it has worked for her in the past. I find nhs policy on this matter absolutely crazy.

Dad has HCC with PVTT, severe hypoglycemia
We started an
immunotherapy
trial, but unfortunately he had to get off due to being hospitalized from severe hypgolycemia. Anyone else have any experience with severe hypoglycemia? He is currently on nexavar and is about to switched to opdivo.

They reviewed his medical records in less then a day and said he would be a great candidate for Lu-177 and also suggested a bio
immunotherapy
package for an additional $16000. My husbands case is super complex and I feel like this is some type of scam.

The ways astronauts prep for spaceflight could benefit cancer patients, say researchers.
During spaceflight, astronauts experience similar physical stress as cancer patients undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy,
immunotherapy
, and targeted therapy.

SLIT immunotherapy for allergies
I have booked a private consultant and the treatment for it is
immunotherapy
which costs thousands. After doing lots of research I have found that you can buy it yourself online for hayfever, dustmites, mold etc.

Resistance to therapy
I have been driving myself bonkers looking up the resistance people with melanoma build up that ends up ultimately ending their journey with either an
immunotherapy
or targeted therapy because of certain proteins. Has anyone done any research on this too? If so, I’d love to hear any findings.
