Recently diagnosed

Recent diagnosis of metastatic melanoma to liver and spine.Had radiation to spine last week and have been on targeted therapy for three weeks.Pet scan Friday to see if any progress .may switch to immunotherapy but complicated due to immune diseases I have.Anyone similar circumstances,frightening.

Targeted therapy is an amazing option. My boyfriend had wide spread mets to his bones and after a few weeks the pain started to get ALOT better and eventually went away completely. He almost got radiation to his hip, but the targeted meds worked so fast he didn’t have to.
