Choosing a clinic
Hi all, currently considering private fertility treatment (
ICSI
) due to male factor infertility and finding the choice of clinics and lack of formal quality rankings/ratings really overwhelming. What is the best way to go about choosing a suitable and reputable clinic?

Not feeling positive: Egg collection this Saturday; only two follicles ready, maybe 1-2 more follicles will cross the finish line
We also need
ICSI
which carries a higher risk of damaging eggs. So 2 at best 4 eggs doesn’t seem enough to overcome all these risks. Any similar situations with positive stories?

Any recommendations for male infertility
We did an
ICSI
since my husband has severe infertility. He reduced alcohol, coffee, processed meat. He is taking vitamins. Sports did help since we saw a better sperm production during the times I was more active. Does anyone have any recommendations how we can improve his sperm quality?

Here we go again
I’ve not posted since my miscarriage as needed to give myself a break from it all but am now about to start my second round of ivf (
icsi
) - with injections starting tomorrow. I’m feeling extremely apprehensive about it because I feel so much more pressure this time around.

Trying to conceive at 43
I want to learn about past experience on
ICSI
success after 40. I just turned 43 but my doctor tells me my biological age is younger so maybe 38-40? I just had my first embryo transfer 4 days ago and the 2 weeks wait it is really tough. Any positive experiences with older moms to share?

Confirmed BFN blood test & thoughts on embryo glue??
Do another
ICSI
round to bank more eggs 3. Consult with Dr to come up with another plan We think we might go with option 1, then maybe Dr if next round also doesn’t work. What are people’s thoughts on embryo glue?

Feeling lost
We have done 4 full rounds of IVF (3 of them
ICSI
after first round ended in zero fertilisation). First fresh transfer BFN, first FET ended in missed miscarriage, second FET resulting in my daughter who is now 2.5yrs.

PGT-A Testing - Any experience with this?
and my husbands complications(only some of his sperm being ok quality to use - We had to have
ICSI
) that we maybe go for PGT-A testing of the embryos, as they are wondering if there is something not quite right genetically with the embryos they are putting back inside me, as they don't seem to keep growing

ivf better than icsi for some people?
hi all—would love to hear of anyone who has had better fertilisation results with ivf than
icsi
. I had my first round late last year and had complete fertilisation failure of 4 mature eggs.

To keep you updated, I have had four chemical pregnancies in the past year (
ICSI
IVF - I only have one fallopian tube) and have been trying to conceive naturally since 2018, so I embarked on the assisted fertility journey in 2022.

Looking for IVF buddy...started stims this week
Anyone else started the short antagonist IVF/
ICSI
cycle this week? Would love to have a friend on the same or similar journey. After long wait and several hurdles we're on the cycle. Strange feeling after doc said I could start (was half expecting them to say no).

Mild v Stim IVF help? and anyone with experiences at London IVF, Create and CRGH?
Last year I had two IVF rounds with
ICSI
that unfortunately didn't result in pregnancy or any frozen eggs. The first was on the NHS and the second was in Prague. I have been paraylised about what to do next.
