Mild v Stim IVF help? and anyone with experiences at London IVF, Create and CRGH?

I am so confused. Last year I had two IVF rounds with ICSI that unfortunately didn't result in pregnancy or any frozen eggs. The first was on the NHS and the second was in Prague.

I have been paraylised about what to do next. Partly because it the process took an emotional tool and partly because I have no idea what would be best and when.

Today I decided to go with a fertility consultant I have been recommended in the past, but I have just been told he is no longer taking private patients so I am back to square one.

Has anyone had any experiences with London IVF (in Elstree), Create fertility and CRGH? would you mind PM'ing me your experiences if so?

I am also trying to make head or tale of what would be best for me. I am 41, I have an ovary that is dysfunctional so it all really rests on my right one to do all the work. I have read that less simulation could be the answer but is there actual evidence out there about mild IVF versus regular IVF that I can be pointed to?
