So so sorry all i should of typed Imodium not ibuprofen i obviously didn't read it before i hit sent it to post. Please forgive me. Lot on my mind at the mo. Anyway my question was when is best to take Imodium before a flight. i have to leave the house by 6 in the morning to get to the airport. I should i take it night before or in the morning. Any advise please.

Hi. I have the same problem. If i have to be somewhere early in the morning I usually take immodium the night before just before I go to sleep. It usually works.
