Has anyone had endometriosis come back with in a year of having a full hysterectomy and how did you deal with it?

I had a full hysterectomy Feb 2019 due to endometriosis and adhesions. I am also a type 1 diabetic but getting the same symptoms as pre op and currently on oramorph and oxynorm which whilst on this I don't feel my hypos. Which I am struggling to deal with daily life and worried endometriosis has come back or I have more adhesions.

Has any one been in the same situation or any advice would be greatly received I am at my wits end and in and out of hospital.
