Has anyone tried Nortriptyline or Amitriptyline?
I have tried so many IBS meds, I am on the low fodmap diet, I listen to gut directed

every day, I walk every day, no alcohol, no ‘bad’ foods or drinks. In fact my life is a complete bore. Yet still IBS follows me about everywhere. I live in constant fear there is something very wrong.

Hypnotherapy - a podcast and articles
The question about
hypnotherapy
has come up a few times recently, and being a hypnotherapist I thought you might want to listen to an episode of a podcast with a lady called Deborah Sims who specialised with tinnitus, you can find it here: https://www.hypnosis-weekly.com/episode-27-featuring-deborah-sims

Hypnotherapy for T?
Has anyone tried
hypnotherapy
for T? I've not heard anything about it, but it seems like it might be worth trying.

What it really means to have IBS
If you’ve recently been diagnosed with IBS, you’re most likely scouring the internet for information on how to naturally treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). As a hypnotherapist who was diagnosed back in 2011 with IBS, I’m hoping my experience can shed some light on this poorly understood condition

I don't know what
hypnotherapy
cost, but can it be much more than a visit to the doctor's office?

Hypnosis
Has anyone tried hypnosis? My RL started after a head injury. I think it affected my nervous system and brain, causing my restless leg problems. DR prescribed 1200 mg Gabapentin and 400 mg of Magnesium. I am uncomfortable as my RL occurrences are all over the place. Hence wondering if Hypnosis would

A little background on me, any response or advice to dealing with side affects and memory loss.
Hi all, I was a victim of abuse a few years back, with a big blow to the head, ribs face - well generally all over my body repeated times. The doctors believe this led to my fibromyalgia, I am on duloxetine and pregablin along with hydrotherapy. (I have been on the waiting list for therapy for almost

Exercise, PMR and Piriformis Syndrome
I need some advice from you kind people. I have reduced using the dead-slow method from 12mg Pred for PMR to 5mg at present with no obvious flare (I say obvious as it's hard to disentangle small aches and bad days from adrenal issues). Previously I was on 45mg and reducing from GCA for over year. As
