A long journey, getting too tired..
I've tried
hypnotherapy
, not much there. I tried IOP but it was off little use, I mean once a week with a lot of "hw" for 4 weeks?? Honestly the meds are the only thing out of that program besides my ESA letter that was of any real help.. With no help after it was done!

Immunotherapy - hypnosis
About 30 to 40 years ago, there was an extensive report on portuguese television about an experiment done by two doctors in the USA. Unfortunately I don't remember the details anymore, One of them had cancer in a very advanced stage. As he had a friend who was a psychiatrist, he proposed a new experiment

the AA online stuff and to be honest I am at the end of my thether with it. Whilst waiting for my bypass I was in Hospital for 7 weeks then 3 weeks recuperation at home I never missed it for one moment.

Has anyone tried Mebeverine or Alverine Citrate?
I am low fodmap, listen to gut directed
hypnotherapy
and the Headspace app yet everyday my guts are unsettled, gurgling, growling, popping, feel like I need the loo even when I’ve been. Bloating and gas. Lots of upper digestive issues too. Occasionally peppermint helps.

Hi, as anyone tried
Hypnotherapy
to help them cope with the stress and anxiety caused by suffering with Tinnitus? I know it will not cure it, just thinking might help a bit to manage my Tinnitus, Thanks

Anxiety hypnosis apps
My migraines are horrendous, I am under the care of two Consultants and I’m waiting to take the new drug Amjovy. I wonder3d if anyone can recommend a hypnosis app for anxiety ( prevent it and deal with it ).I know there is a link between anxiety and migraines. Can anyone share views on any anti anxiety

Help - struggling to find a med and need something
Anyone had no luck with normal antidepressants due to side effects but found other medications that help? I’ve tried everything and can’t function due to side effects but when I’m off meds I am literally disabled with anxiety, panic and depersonalisation and there seems nothing I can do to improve things

Reprogram your brain to destroy laziness and improve focus
I’m not sure what this will be like but it might be interesting. I think apathy can be seen as “laziness” by some people so perhaps it has some ways to help with apathy which is one of my husbands symptoms. Apathy is caused by low dopamine. I am pretty sure his was also caused by taking mirtazapine

Under 50 - 3 Years out with M1b disease - an update!
which basically most oncologists at the Mayos and MDs and JHH and Martini Klondike of the world would tell you by now is nuts On a personal note, I drink the seed to soil kool-aid, as well “whole person” naturopath philosophies, have a nice bag of my own supplements, believe in visualized meditation,

Initially treated with sulphasalazine, to which I reacted v badly but took for long enough to bring my inflammatory markers down before I stopped as I wanted to get pregnant again (RA started during my first pregnancy
