Restless leg syndrome
I went on Web MDand found a lot of information. Various treatments and life style guides. Most of you have probably read this info. Stress can be major cause for it flaring. I am going to try cooling down my room. Cool is better for me. Years ago preparing for major surgery, 23 hrs over two days

Anxiety and reiki , hypnotherapy treatment
Thinking of having reiki, hypnotherapy to combat anxiety and panic attacks whilst I wait to see cardiologist following being diagnosed on th 19th of last month - seems like a lifetime ago! On another health issue I'm due to have a bowel and body CT scan in 2weeks time, whilst being a little apprehensive

Feeling positive
And then he suggests
hydrotherapy
. It has made me positive today. I feel that someone does listen. He also suggests that my GP contacts the community occupational therapy for home assistance. So after sleeping tablet tonight, I will make GP appointment tomorrow. Also contact my union rep.

Personal Assistants not Care Agencies?
The beauty of this is you write in respite care and days out as well as massage,
hydrotherapy
and anything else into the care plan and get it agreed. If you want some extra of this or that and its in the care plan you just buy it in and go short somewhere else.

The cd she gave me I play at night when in bed and find I'm sleeping better, the next 2 sessions are focussed on the gut, so will keep posting to let you know how it goes

No positive test for APS
My doc says take panadol 3x daily and have
hydrotherapy
for the pain. I am in Queensland, Australia, 1000's of kilometers from an APS specialist; i think 1 is in Melbourne & 1 in Sydney. Do I need a referral in order to see a specialist to see if I am sero-negative APS? I am getting desperate.

Devastating ibs after stomache bug
Eighteen months ago I caught a severe stomache bug and three weeks later my ibs symptoms started. The bloating and stomache cramps were terrible but then six months later I couldn't open my bowels at all. I tried everything, all the new drugs prucalopride, linaclotide none of them worked for long.

Hello - I'm new here and wish to share concerns
I am on 200mg Sertraline which do not seem to be working any longer. I have taken anti depressants for 18years and hate that I am reliant on them - I'm especially annoyed that I have allowed myself to bend to GP's advice and now on the maximum dose and it is not working for me. I am thinking of coming
