Armour
I have just picked up my first supply of Armour. Other than taking it 1/2 hr before breakfast is there anything else I should know/do. So excited about starting to feel better. I have to take DHEA and hydrocortisone cream on awakening - busy morning!

I am just about to start a clinical trial, that new drug which is similar to Xolair. I am quite keen to know if the drug is effective in me, my consultant has seen some great results in very similar patients, and so i'm hopefully it could be good for me long term. My health is getting worse by the day
I have no idea what to do now, I have been up again all night with terrible stomach aches & soreness, running to the loo constantly, struggling to breathe and just feeling awful, I am freezing cold in certain area's and burning hot in others. What ever I take I can not shift Candida and I can not tolerate

*waves* Hello!
Hello lovely people, just popped in to say Hi and catch up on how folk are doing. I've had a crap six months (had a keeling-over that resulted in a broken rib and then a prolapsed disc in my neck - 3 weeks in hosp, and weeks and weeks of agony, awful) but I'm now doing really well. My asthma is the

Large red, scaly patch on leg
For a couple of years now, I have had a growing red, ill defined patch on my lower leg (above the ankle by a couple of inches). It's always dry no matter what I do to moisturize it. My GP thinks it's nothing to worry about, and that it's simply an area of skin that was injured and, due to poor circulation

Addison's Disease and Adrenal Issues- Are they something completely apart from Thyroidism?
I read an article in a newspaper yesterday about someone with Addison's Disease and cortisol problems. It was such a shame that this was happening at such an important time in her life.I was surprised that there was not one referral to the Thyroid in the whole account, which somewhat puzzled me. My Mother

How long to heal from tsw? Are there any natural remedies to use on my face that can help eliminate the itchy dry and redness?
I have been using hydrocortisone 1% cream for 3 months straight and have stopped a few days ago causing face to be red sensitive and itchy, dry. I was wondering if moisturizing slows down the heal process? Cause some people say so. Can I put oil on my face to help my face heal faster or should I put

What's the experience on here of enbrel injection site reaction? Got a small rash 5 days after second injection on both sites
The literature suggests that you should use steroid cream on it. Could this be connected to reduction of steroids? I'm down from 10 daily to 7. Advice would be welcome as I'm just beginning to detect benefits

Hello, new member diagnosed with Discoid lupus this year. Does anyone know where I can buy UV protective clothes which wont break the bank
I'm still coming to terms over this diagnoses, so hard when we are walking into summer :( . I have brought two wide brimmed hats, but it is very hard to find clothes in the normal stores which will protect me from the sun..... I wear factor 50+ sun cream, although I'm not that good at remembering to
